David Alexander Robertson is available for school-visit bookings in Calgary on April 10 and 11, 2017. His new book When We Were Alone was written for Grades K to 3, but the story, of a grandmother explaining her time in residential school to her granddaughter, and Robertson’s approach to storytelling, will appeal to students of all ages.
