An award-winning author and graphic novelist hailing from Winnipeg, Manitoba, David Alexander Robertson will be presenting several titles for several age groups at Wordfest this year. Robertson writes about the history of Aboriginal peoples in Canada in an innovative and engaging fashion. Justice Murray Sinclair tells us that “Dave Robertson’s graphic novels take advantage of an important means of communicating that history to Canada’s youth, especially Aboriginal youth, who have gravitated to this genre [graphic novels].”
