Adam Sternbergh
Adam Sternbergh (CAN/USA) was born in Toronto, and now lives in New York, where he is a contributing editor for New York Magazine and Vulture. Prior to this, Sternbergh has been an editor-at-large for the New York Times Magazine, written for GQ, Bloomberg Businessweek, the Times of London, appeared on the radio program This American Life, and was the co-editor of Fametracker, the satirical celebrity website. At Wordfest, he presents his novel, Shovel Ready, a future-noir thriller about a garbage-man-turned-hitman set in a dystopian New York City. The novel is written in a spare, stripped-down style. The author is currently working on a follow-up to the story.
