Joshua Ferris

Joshua Ferris (USA) is the author of And Then We Came to an End, his debut book which was translated into 25 languages and won the 2007 PEN/Hemingway Award. After his second book, The Unnamed, came out in 2010, Ferris was featured in The New Yorker’s 20 Under 40 Fiction Issue. At Wordfest, he presents his latest novel, To Rise Again at a Decent Hour, about a Manhattan dentist who discovers his identity has been stolen. The novel has recently been long-listed for the 2014 Man Booker Prize. The author currently resides on the Upper West Side in New York with his wife and son.
