Mark Lavorato
Mark Lavorato (QC, Canada) is a Canadian novelist, poet, musician and street photographer. Though he was raised on the Canadian prairies, he spent most of his adult life abroad, living and working in various countries throughout Central and North America, the Caribbean and Europe. His collection of poems, Wayworn Wooden Floors, was a finalist for the Raymond Souster Award. At Wordfest, the author presents his third novel, titled Serafim and Claire, an unforgettable story of two flawed dreamers being drawn together, and of the vibrant city and time in which they live. Lavorato currently lives in Montreal with his wife.
