Tahereh Mafi

Tahereh Mafi (USA) is the author of the New York Times and USA Today bestselling series, Shatter Me. Mafi was born in a small city in Connecticut and graduated from a tiny liberal arts college two miles from the shores of Laguna Beach. Mafi has traveled all over the world, acquiring varying levels of competency in eight different languages along the way, including a semester abroad in Spain where she was able to study Spanish literature in its native form. Her books have been sold in 25+ territories to-date and her film rights have been optioned by 20th Century Fox. Currently, Mafi resides in Santa Monica, California.
