Veronica Roth

Veronica Roth (USA) is author of Divergent, the #1 New York Times bestselling series which inspired the blockbuster film by the same name. Divergent is a gripping dystopian tale of electrifying choices, powerful consequences, unexpected romance and a deeply flawed “perfect society”. In addition to the trilogy, Roth is author to a four story collection, each between 50 and 75 pages long, which sets the stage for Divergent, and gives a glimpse into the history of the character Tobias. A graduate of the creative writing program at Northwestern University, Roth is now a full-time writer and lives near Chicago.
