Chew on this: comedians are the most writerly of writers. Yet while comedy is hard, Dave Hill makes the writing look easy, with bylines ranging from The Paris Review and GQ to the New York Times and McSweeney’s. (His song “Go” is also the theme Late Night with John Oliver, making it the existential howl of the Trump’d.) Hill took a break from performing standup in theatres and basements all over the world to write his third book, Parking the Moose, a travel log across Canada by a guy from Cleveland who is explicably smitten with all things Canuck. Hosted by Doug Dirks.
