Édith Bourget is a multidisciplinary artist and writer who has published more than 20 books for young people. Her first two books of poetry – Autour de Gabrielle and Les saisons d’Henri – were finalists for the Governor General’s Literary Awards. Drawn to the beauty of the world, she particularly loves dark chocolate, blood oranges, the smell of lilacs, cinema, botanical gardens, and travelling. Born in Lévis, Quebec, Bourget now lives and creates in Edmundston, New Brunswick.
