A Morning with Marsha Lederman
Hosted by Harry Saunders
We can’t think of a better book (and author) for our special Sunday morning conversation in the stunning TD Great Reading Room on the top floor of Central Library. You know Marsha Lederman as the erudite and generous Western Arts Correspondent for the Globe and Mail. She’s now moved from byline to artist in the weekend paper, as the justifiably-praised author of the Canadian bestseller Kiss the Red Stairs, a compelling memoir of Holocaust survival, intergenerational trauma, divorce, and discovery that will guide readers through several lifetimes of monumental change.
This 75-conversation, hosted by Calgary's 2012 History Laureate Harry Sanders, includes an audience Q&A and book signing.
This event is part of Wordfest’s Imaginairium festival, Sept. 29 – Oct. 6, 2022. Connect with 60+ of the world’s most generous writers, thinkers, activators and inspirers, gathered just for you in Calgary, Canada. For more info: wordfest.com
