Free Family Storytime with David A. Robertson

Here's an amazing opportunity to hear David A. Robertson read On the Trapline, which won the 2021 Governor General's Literary Award for Young People's Literature. This free event, presented in partnership with the Calgary Public Library, is perfect for pre-schoolers and their caregivers, and will take place in the Shaikh Family Welcome Gallery on the main floor. On the Trapline, a picture book celebrating Indigenous culture and traditions, has also just been nominated for the prestigious 2022 TD Canadian Children's Literature Award. Copies of the book will be available for purchase on site for the author to sign. You can also borrow it from the CPL.
