Are you tired of predictable author interview questions, which tend to result in predictable author answers? Then this is the refreshingly insightful show for you, based on the Mind Games segment from Wordfest’s Big Generous Brains online series. Each participating writer has provided an archetype that is meaningful to them which Calgary artist Lisa Brawn has transformed into actual art objects. Wordfest’s Creative Ringleader will play a kind of Jungian therapist, putting each author on the couch and using the objects to explore the creative psyche.

Note: No authors will be psychologically harmed in this 75-minute “session.” See for yourself when you get your books signed. Enamel pins based on Lisa Brawn’s exquisite objects will also be available at the festival pop-up book stores.
