2017: Gabrielle Hamilton

Gabrielle Hamilton, chef/owner of New York City’s renowned restaurant, Prune, treated Calgary audiences to a delicious conversation in the Wordfest Engagement Lab on July 14th, 2017. A James Beard Foundation winner, she is the author of the New York Times bestselling memoir Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Cook. The event featured an on-stage interview with host Shelley Youngblut, food from Sidewalk Citizen Bakery and a book signing.
