Donning the fedora of a literary detective, Sarah Weinman reveals the true story behind Nabokov’s controversial Lolita. Weaving together suspenseful crime narrative and cultural and social history, The Real Lolita uncovers how much Nabokov knew of the Sally Horner case and the efforts he took to disguise that knowledge.

Presented in partnership with the Calgary Public Library.
