Naomi Klein
Naomi Klein is the author of the New York Times and international bestseller, The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism, which was also turned into a feature-length documentary by award-winning director Michael Winterbottom, and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2010. Her books have been translated into over 25 different languages, and have over one million copies in circulation. In addition to writing these works, Klein is an award-winning journalist and syndicated columnist, who in 2004 won the James Aronson Award for Social Justice in Journalism for her reporting from Iraq for Harper’s.
