Calgary Reads Book Drive

Imagine, some children in Calgary have no books in their home.

Calgary Reads is working to change this. They have established the Calgary Reads Book Bank and in collaboration with the Calgary Food Bank they’re helping get books into the hands of children in our community who have few or none of their very own. You can donate new and ‘like-new’ books for children aged 0-8 to Calgary Reads. And, if you’d like to hold a Book Drive with family, friends or co-workers—a free kit with tips and customizable flyers and posters is available.
