2014 GG Podcast Interview with Kenneth Oppel

In this episode of the 2014 GG Podcast, host Paul Kennett speaks with GG winner Kenneth Oppel about his most recent novel, The Boundless, in this live recording during the 19th annual Wordfest.

In The Boundless, a turn of events allows Will Everett the chance to ride the most glamourous train in the world, The Boundless. Little does Will know, this is only the beginning of his adventure, as after a murder, he protects the key that can unlock the train’s hidden treasures. Together with a team of interesting characters, including an escape artist and a circus ringmaster, Will must save The Boundless before someone else winds up dead.

Kenneth Oppel is the Governor General’s Award-winning author of the Airborn series and the Silverwing Saga, which has sold over a million copies worldwide. Born on Vancouver Island, Oppel decided he wanted to become an author at the age of twelve. This dream came to fruition very early, and the author published his first book as a teenager, then a second before he had graduated university.
