Quartet for the End of Time book jacketJohanna Skibsrud (CAN/USA) is the author of The Sentimentalists, which won the 2010 Scotiabank Giller Prize, making her the youngest writer ever to win this prestigious award. In 2011, her short story collection, This Will Be Difficult to Explain and Other Stories, was published and short-listed for Canada’s Danuta Gleed Award. The author has also written two award-winning books of poetry, which were short-listed for the Gerald Lampert Award and the Atlantic Poetry Prize. At Wordfest, Skibsrud presents her latest novel, Quartet for the End of Time, a mesmerising tale of love, responsibility and justice. Originally from Nova Scotia, Skibsrud currently resides in Tucson, Arizona.
