We’re closing the festival with superstar Bonnie Garmus in her only Western Canadian appearance! Her debut Lessons in Chemistry—a tour-de-force of feminist historical fiction—skyrocketed Garmus to global fame and the book into an Emmy-winning Apple TV series. Susin Nielsen (Snap) speaks to Garmus about her much-anticipated follow-up, Peck & Peck. This will be one for the books—and a certain sell-out—so secure your seats at the magnificent Bella Concert Hall now.
Note: the Deluxe Package (book with ticket) is now sold out. But there are still great seats available for $40 (plus MRU fees) and Owl’s Nest Books will have copies of Peck & Peck and Lessons in Chemistry for you to purchase on site. Bonnie will be signing and personalizing her new novel and backlist after the show.
Note to Year-Round and Imaginairium Pass Holders:
Ticket-only admission to this experience is now included at no extra charge with the Festival Pass and Year-Round Pass. Please email boxoffice@wordfest.com to RSVP.
