Wordfest’s Imagine On Air presented Ken Dryden online in fall 2022 in celebration of his highly anticipated new book The Series, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1972 Summit Series. This truly special one-hour conversation was hosted by Wordfest’s Creative Ringleader Shelley Youngblut.

About Ken Dryden

Ken Dryden was a goalie for the Montreal Canadiens in the 1970s, during which time the team won six Stanley Cups. He played for Team Canada in the 1972 Summit Series. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame and the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame. He was a former federal member of parliament and cabinet minister, and was the author of six books, including The GameHome Game (with Roy MacGregor), and Game Change. He and his wife, Lynda, lived in Toronto and had two children and four grandchildren.
