Tracey Lindberg is a citizen of As’in’i’wa’chi Ni’yaw Nation Rocky Mountain Cree and hails from the Kelly Lake Cree Nation community. She is an award-winning academic writer and professor of law. Lindberg is the author of Birdie, which was shortlisted for CBC’s Canada Reads, the Kobo Emerging Writer Prize, and the Georges Bugnet Award for Fiction and longlisted for the International Dublin Literary Award.
