Some monsters are harmless and not scary at all: think Labubus or Lady Gaga fans. Some are frightening but fictitious: Dracula and Frankstein, for example. And some are truly terrifying and walk among us: insert name of politician or sociopath here ____. You’ll be on the edge of your seat anticipating how this mash-up of A-List storytellers will interpret this beast of a theme.
NOTE: We are thrilled to announce that Vinh Nguyen—whose memoir The Migrant Rain Falls in Reverse is a finalist for the 2025 Toronto Book Award and the 2025 Hilary Weston Writers’ Trust Prize for Nonfiction—is joining the lineup. Shelagh Rogers regrets that she is no longer able to take part in this show, but you can still see her in three other Imaginairium events.
ACT FAST! The Way We… is our most captivating original format. For a taste of why audiences love this show, listen to Holly Brickley, Richard Kelly Kemick & Sarah Leavitt as they tackled The Way We… Wear at the 2024 Imaginairium.
